Open a product card to send the building type with your sourcing inquiry. We can help compare supplier scope, fit-out and packed dimensions.
List the room types and approximate internal dimensions before asking suppliers for a price. A small site office may need a single finished box, while a classroom or welfare space may need linked rooms, separate stairs, and a weatherproof connection. Ask the supplier to show how many modules make up the building and to mark the outer transport dimensions for each package. Check those figures with the haulier and the crane contractor.
Ask the bidder to identify installed electrical and plumbing components, their connection points, and the work that remains after the modules reach the pad. For a portable building with washrooms, a quote for fixtures may leave out the incoming water service, field drainage and the tests needed before occupation. Compare those allowances as separate items so the installer can price its part against the same drawings.
Give each supplier the same project wind, snow and seismic inputs from the project engineer. Ask for steel grade and coating, sandwich panel core and thickness, and the joint detail that connects adjacent modules. Where the reviewer specifies a wall U-value, check whether the figure includes the frame and junctions or refers to the panel alone. Request evidence for the assembly actually priced.
Send your destination, quantity and target occupancy date with the product inquiry. If quotes come back on different delivery terms, compare the packed volume, offloading scope and inland transport before ranking them. We can coordinate the supplier comparison, a sample request or inspection scheduling. Suppliers provide the manufacturing documents for their offers, and the project team reviews the evidence for the intended installation.
